Refund Policy
Isle‑Craft (web game)
Version 1.0 — Effective 25 September 2025
1. Purpose and scope
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on isle-craft.com for Isle‑Craft (web game). It applies to one‑time purchases only (no subscriptions).
2. Who we are
Isle‑Craft (web game) is provided by S&K PARTNERS GROUP LTD (Company No. 14541157), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 124–128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Contact: info@isle-craft.com.
3. Digital content and immediate supply
Virtual currency and in‑game items are digital content delivered by enabling access within your account immediately after successful payment (no physical goods are shipped).
By choosing immediate access at checkout, you agree that delivery begins right away and acknowledge that the statutory 14‑day cancellation right does not apply once delivery starts. This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty.
4. One‑time purchases; no cash‑out
All purchases are one‑time and shown in one or more of the following currencies: USD, EUR, AUD, CAD.
Virtual currency/items have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash (Pay‑In only).
5. When refunds may be provided
We may issue a refund where required by law or, at our discretion, in the following cases:
• Failed delivery: the purchased digital content was not delivered to your account within a reasonable time after payment and you have not consumed any part of it.
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Unauthorised transaction: your payment method was used without your permission (we may require proof and you should also contact your payment provider).
• Faulty digital content: where the content is defective under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, a price reduction or refund may be available.
Note: If digital content causes damage to your device or digital environment and this damage would not have occurred if we had exercised reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to compensation.
6. When refunds are not provided
Refunds are generally not available once digital content has been delivered or consumed, including where: (a) the content functions as described; (b) you change your mind; (c) your device or connection does not meet the minimum requirements; or (d) account action was taken for a breach of our Terms.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@isle-craft.com from the address associated with your account and include: (a) order ID/transaction receipt; (b) purchase date/time; (c) amount and currency; (d) a description of the issue; and (e) screenshots or other evidence, if available.
Please contact us promptly and within 30 days of the transaction where possible so we can investigate effectively.
8. Investigation and outcome
We will acknowledge your request and may ask for additional information. Most investigations are completed within 7–10 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days after we authorise the refund.
9. Pricing errors and chargebacks
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the transaction and issue a refund before delivery of the digital content.
If you request a chargeback without first contacting us, your access to the relevant digital content may be suspended during the investigation to prevent misuse or further charges.
10. Currency, fees, and taxes
Prices are shown in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees, which are outside our control.
Applicable taxes (including VAT, if any) are shown at checkout and on the receipt.
11. Minors and family purchases
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review this policy and approve any purchase. We are not required to refund purchases made with a parent’s stored payment method where permission was given.
12. Third‑party stores
If you purchased through a third‑party store or platform, its refund rules may apply and you should contact that store directly.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to our Service or legal requirements. We will post the new version with a new effective date.
